Conti's Pastry Shop & Restaurant Takeouts/Takeaways ♪♪♪ (Updated)

For Mother's Day, we queued up at Conti's Trinoma for some delish takeouts. It was our first time doing so and was sort of surprised to be handed down the roll number slip with 50 written all over it. It was only 1PM and the line was unbelievably long! After waiting it out for almost thirty minutes, we went inside the resto to place our order.

Here are some of our takeouts/takeaways that day:

Our first Conti's Cake To Go

Conti's Peach Walnut Torte Php 575

Mango Bravo's Sibling?

Since Conti's Bestselling Mango Bravo was already sold out at the time, the kind staff suggested their Peach Walnut Torte which according to her resembled my first choice to a tee. She was absolutely correct! Except for the mangoes, this particular cake has the same crunchy sansrival-like cake interspersed with rich cream, decadent peaches dotted with exciting walnuts all over. Anyone with a self-confessed sweet tooth will fall in love with this cake selection.

Conti's Bananalicious Pie Php 650

All of us loved the buttery crust that provided the perfect structure for a medley of wonderful and delish ingredients on top of it: vanilla cream and banana chunks primarily highlighted by choco- caramel swirls and cashews.

Very light pasta

This particular pasta is my absolute favorite! I'd like to echo what I've already mentioned in my previous post about Conti's:
"The wonderful texture of the angel hair pasta is fused beautifully with fresh tomatoes, black olives, capers, a hint of anchovies and a sprinkle of olive oil for garnish. The tangy saltiness of the sauce cut through the fat for a surprisingly light and delightful taste."

Refreshing salad!

Another personal favorite! "Crisp iceberg lettuce draped in a creamy and super delish house dressing and topped with fresh mango cubes. I love how the light dressing sweetened up the greens and added a certain creaminess to it. The mangoes on the other hand offered a degree of decadence to this otherwise healthy dish."

Reminder: Waiting time is 1 hour for take-outs except for cakes and other pastries.
