Dinner at MoMo Cafe
With a nice, cozy ambience, MoMo Cafe attracted a steady flow of diners in the Ayala Triangle Gardens including us. Perhaps it was because of the fact that the staff didn't drive late diners away but instead welcomed them with open arms. You can say, availability is key to a successful restaurant business. And we witnessed that first-hand when we dined at MoMo.
MoMo's Free Appetizers
On this note, please allow me to share with you what we had that night at MoMo:
MoMo's Frozen Iced Tea: Green Mango Flavor Php 110
MoMo's Frozen Iced Tea: Raspberry Flavor Php 110
Breakfast Filipino: Gourmet Tuyo, Capers, Dried Chili & Garlic In Olive Oil Php 320
One of their bestselling breakfast set meals. Truly a must-try!
"Mrs." Jones Spicy US Tapa Php 195
Beef Tapa served with fried rice, spring onion omelet, salted egg and tomato caprese and some homemade atchara. Another one of their bestsellers.
MOMO's! Spaghetti & Mini Meatballs Php 350
Al dente pasta in a mixture of chunky Bolognese and creamy cheese sauces and topped with fresh parmesan. Served with sourdough toast. Perfect for kids!
Creamy Crabby Seafood "Casserole" & Rice Php 395
A fusion of crab meat, mixed seafood, double-smoked bacon chunks, MOMO's special seafood cream, corn, peas and carrots with hollandaise sauce. Rich and earthy, the dish celebrated a symphony of flavors which to my opinion also became its waterloo. It simply had too many notes leaving us full in just a few bites.

ReplyDeleteThere's a Momo Cafe at Eastwood that I've been dying to try for the longest time. Hopefully I get to try it soon. Would probably get some pasta and a frozen raspberry iced tea~ <3
ReplyDeletei remember the dried salted fish flakes were sooooo good. the capers toned down the intense fish taste while the garlic and chili flakes added another layer of flavor. im salivating while im writhing this comment. :) thanks for posting this blog, kaye!
